If it “goes up” or “blows up” it’s illegal fireworks in the state of Washington.
This Fourth of July it has been reported that fire damage resulting from fireworks exceeded $4 million.
In and around my neighborhood the skies were ablaze with fireworks “going up” and “blowing up.”
It would be very interesting to know how many citations were issued by law enforcement to people for discharging illegal fireworks on and around the Fourth.
