Remarkable that state lawyers say that allowing Costco to buy beer and wine directly from out of state wineries and breweries would dramatically increase alcohol consumption in Washington.
If this is a concern, why are they opening state liquor stores now on Sunday? Doesn’t this also increase consumption?
