Our goals in Iraq seem to be contracting a bit lately.
First it was “mission accomplished”. Then it was “the insurgency is in its last gasps”. Now they’re trying to figure out how to make some of Baghdad’s neighborhoods secure. Next they’ll be declaring victory “on this side of the street between Al Arabia Blvd. and Weeping Camel Drive”
Hey, when success eludes you, you can always lower the bar…
