Recently the South Everett-Mukilteo Rotary Club rented a barge from the Port of Everett for a fellowship event. The barge was brought to the pier between Scuttlebutt Brewing and Lombardi’s at the Everett Marina and was outfitted with tables and umbrellas.
The event was a huge success due to the efforts of Jim Webber and other Port of Everett employees who spent time cleaning and preparing the barge for the party, and to Stephanie Allen of Dream Dinners, who provided food.
It was a great opportunity to utilize the marina and to enjoy the our waterfront. We look forward to working with the Port of Everett again on future events.
