I’m writing in response to the July 13 article written by Diana Hefley which was headlined “Arrest after dog injured by firework.”
What kind of a human being would intentionally injure a dog or any animal be throwing a firework into his neighbor’s yard, where they kept their beloved German shepherd mix?
Reading such an article is so upsetting. We would like to think our people in the United States were more educated and humane than to harm anyone, be it animal or man.
Being arrested and jailed is too good for this 52-year-old man. (I use the word “man” loosely.) You took a loved animal away from his loving family. Are you proud of yourself?
