I wanted to thank the patient and friendly boaters and fishermen who recently found themselves having to wait in line to either launch or retrieve their boats during the fishing derbies at the 10th Street Boat Launch. No one likes to wait in line, and at times the line reached all the way out to West Marine View Drive. Yet 98 percent of you were patient and friendly even through my mistakes as we directed the lines, keeping them moving in a safe and organized fashion. Thanks again. Your patience really helped.
