Bring back the military draft and make it fair

In order to support the current federal administration in its effort to wage war, I think it is time to reinstitute an emergency draft to augment the existing volunteer forces. In order to make it more equitable than in previous drafts, the following criteria for the temporary draft is suggested.
1. Include those in ages between 21 and 35.
2. Waive the need for any specific education requirements.
3. Include in the pool all men and women in the age group.
4. Include only citizens. Non-citizens not eligible to be drafted or to volunteer.
5. Exclude single parents.
6. Exclude any college or work exemptions.
7. Include persons with minor medical problems (to be utilized in non-combat roles)
8. Designate a draft board consisting of volunteer combat military veterans.
There are probably other requirements that could be included or waived. This is just a suggested start. Other considerations could include voting record, criminal record, special training/or trade that could be used in the support of the active military, hardships of a personal nature, and contribution being made to society outside the military.
I am almost certain the there would be widespread support among all the patriots in the country. The patriotic politicians in Washington D. C., would certainly approve. It would make their work even easier. I can just see the rush of “tweets” and other comments.
Count me in.
