Build the rail or give back the money

I received my auto license bill – $22.50 for light rail. Where’s the rail? All I see is a white elephant overpass that goes to the Greyhound depot, the Amtrak depot and the Providence Regional Care Center. The Everett Station is also a white elephant, as well as the old King Street Station. Now come on, either do something or refund our money.
