On Thursday, The Herald and the Seattle Times reported on the front page that bus ridership is up, gas tax revenue is down, projects can’t be completed. I was at the Forest Park pool early Thursday and many of us were saying, “Duh!” Politicians want us to cut back on gas use and then bemoan the fact there isn’t money for roads, etc., because we cut back. I have to wonder if our legislators would pass the math part of the WASL. They seem to practice fuzzy math when making plans.
