Bush makes up for Clinton mistakes

At this period in our history, we must be thankful to have George W. Bush as our president. Bush has the integrity and the leadership qualities that are necessary to keep our country committed to and focused on eliminating the cancer of global terrorism. Those pacifists and relative moralists who see no evil and want to appease terrorism must not prevail. The terrorists are a direct threat to our culture and the liberty and freedoms we enjoy. Either we seek them out and exterminate them or they will destroy our way of life by systematically slaughtering many more of us.

Throughout 1990s, Osama Bin Laden brought about a series of terrorist attacks on American personnel and property that did not prompt any meaningful response from the United States. Bill Clinton’s feckless reprisals consisted of firing several million-dollar cruise missiles at empty $10 tents in the Afghan desert. He also ordered the firing of a missile at a pharmaceutical factory in Sudan that helped divert attention from his impeachment hearings. Clinton’s failure to seriously pursue the terrorists was a sign of weakness. It encouraged the global growth of terrorist organizations, which, like virulent cancer cells, have now spread into more than 50 countries throughout the world.

Had Clinton directed his time and energy towards destroying Bin Laden and his organization instead of attacking Ken Starr, the Sept. 11 terrorist atrocities in New York and Washington in all likelihood would not have occurred.
