It constantly amazes me how seemingly intelligent people can ignore the facts of the last four years. I have tried everything I can think of to bend my mind to accept the president’s policies and stands but, despite my best efforts, George W. Bush is singularly unsuited to continue to lead our country.
He committed an act of war when he invaded another sovereign country unprovoked (the first president to do so in our history). He has made our country into a pariah on the world diplomatic stage, and he flat out ignores the economy. Our economy may be on an upswing, but you can not ignore Sen. John Kerry’s factually true claim that the Bush administration has presided over the first net job loss in 75 years.
What about 9-11? Ladies and gentleman, that is only an excuse, and a poor one at that. This election has never been about John Kerry (who is not my first choice by any stretch of the imagination). It is about removing a man who has betrayed his own party’s principles, as well as those of our nation. Please, come to the polls Nov. 2 and tell the world that we will not tolerate four more years of incompetence.
