While driving around town running errands, I have noticed many businesses with the sprinkler systems on and water running on the sidewalks. Surely in this time of drought they could adjust the spray on the system and run it only once or twice a week when it doesn’t rain. We, the homeowners, can’t do all the conserving on our own. These businesses need to do their share for us too.
