There will be a primary election in May, which, it appears, only the Republicans will utilize to select delegates to the party convention to nominate their selection for president. Meanwhile, the Democrats will keep with their ancient, out-dated, back-room, secretive, caucus deliberations to decide who will represent us at their convention. Is this democratic? Doesn’t feel like it to me. We have a chance, at long last, to have an anonymous, secret way to let the powers-that-be in the Democratic Party know who we want to run. I think we should be heard.
