Celebrating great, but please clean up

I was appalled at the way 120th Street SW looked Wednesday morning. I think it’s great to be able to celebrate the Fourth, but I also think you need to clean up after. The Mariner High School parking lot was closed because it cost the district thousands of dollars to clean the parking lot after the Fourth of July. Now the celebrations have moved to the street. At whose cost to clean that up?
