Even though I am a not graduate from Everett High School, I am so proud to be part of the staff of the “School of Champions.”
The Everett High School Centennial Celebration was just overwhelming. The stories I heard while talking with EHS alumni were all so heart-warming. The music in the library by the Everett High Band was fantastic. The EHS History slide show by Everett High’s very own Larry O’Donnell was outstanding. Yes, I even remember some of those “oldies” that they showed on the screen. I ran into a lot of “old” friends that I used to work with here in the district.
Gathering in the cafeteria for cookies/coffee/tea was delightful. Everywhere you looked people were laughing and having a wonderful time.
I am extremely proud of our students who showed the highest of respect, concern and thoughtfulness to our EHS alumni and their families.
Thank you to everyone who made this day such a success.
