College students struggle with limited help from their families and many have loans with lots of future debt. These odds look overwhelming, and when you add a medical issue on top of all of that, it can about run someone into the ground.
Life is extremely expensive! Why is the government backing out of the funding and support that they need to give!
The family with the sweet little girl who cannot swallow also needs government funding. (Oct. 19 article, “Zoe, caught in the middle.”) When you look at their circumstances it is overwhelming! Then you add two medical issues: an autistic eldest child and a baby girl who cannot swallow.
How can we help? An appeal to the judge might be the answer! But if that fails, they will need a miracle and a community that is willing to come together to address this major financial problem that the government has already decided to wash its hands clean of.
