It’s the union. It’s the state. It seems to be everyone except Boeing.
The union didn’t give in enough. The state didn’t take care on unemployment, workman’s comp, the training of a skilled, up-and-coming work force. What Boeing wanted from us simply couldn’t be met by anyone. It’s a business decision and it’s theirs. It was a decision that was made before anyone realized that a problem existed. It’s kind of like a bad marriage; by the time the dude realized that his wife is leaving, it’s too late to talk.
They’ve lost that lovin’ feelin’. Let’s not kill each other over something we all didn’t deal with in time.
I’m not a therapist; just a 22-year employee.
