If California atheist Michael Newdow doesn’t believe in God and wants “under God” deleted from the Pledge of Allegiance, he should give all his money to someone or throw it out and refuse to accept any money from his customers or clients because it says, “In God We Trust.”
He says “there is no reference to God in the Constitution,” and “It’s striking in the fact that it is missing.”
OK Congress, let’s change the Constitution to include God. I’ll bet there isn’t a state that would refuse to vote to amend the Constitution.
I am sure that our founding fathers did not intend for America to be an atheistic nation with its references to “Creator,” “God,” and “divine Providence” in the Declaration of Independence.
