With the flaunting of gay marriage, they’re doing it again. When the topic of the American people amending the Constitution comes up, divisive judicial activists are again saying that the Constitution should not be tampered with, as if a judge putting himself above the law isn’t tampering.
There is nothing at all wrong about the people acting within the legal framework of the U.S. Constitution to make a constitutional amendment defending civilization with a defense of marriage amendment. It is disingenuous for judicial activists to oppose the amendment process on one hand and then use the equal protection clause of the fourteenth amendment on the other.
We are in grave danger of a complete collapse of our whole way of life when judges or a municipality, thinking that they’re above the law, abuse the equal protection clause of the Constitution to masquerade gross perversion as constitutional law and thereby rip our social fabric to shreds.
