County should aid new senior center

For a period of time, the new building for the Snohomish Senior Center was mired in a state of allusion, obscured by a diversity of opinion as to when and if construction would ever begin. Well, said construction has now commenced. Since this new facility will not only enhance the community, it will be one of the most beautiful senior centers in the county. It will provide untold opportunities for people to enjoy the many outstanding meals, games and other activities that this center will provide. It is my sincere hope that the county will lend financial support to this new center as they do for seven other centers in Snohomish County.
