The Supreme Court just ruled “not to fast track Obamacare.” (Monday article, “Supreme Court rejects quick review of health care law.“)
In the meantime, the administration will spend millions, maybe billions or maybe trillions, with the expansion of the federal government and re-organizing of about 14 percent of our nation’s gross national product with the implementation of a program the majority of the public does not want and several lower courts have ruled unconstitutional.
Under the circumstances, with our burdening federal debt and spending, this is a political and cowardly way out by the court. This is an issue that should be decided now. You can bet that the administration will fast track Obamacare. Isn’t there anyone in the federal government with any common sense?
