Crawford’s goals are our city’s goals

I strongly encourage the citizens of Snohomish to vote for Marc Crawford, Snohomish City Council Position 1. I prefer the grassroots approach of the “Let’s Work Together” campaign to the confusion behind Lynn Schilaty’s campaign. Her campaign promises controlled growth, but one of her family members owned and developed the new Snohomish Station.

Also her husband, Alex DeSoto, was the campaign manager to Mayor Randy Hamlin, whose election guaranteed the success of the Snohomish Station project. It is clear who will control and subsequently profit under the Schilaty campaign. Marc Crawford’s only ties in the city are with his family, friends and campaign supporters.

I endorse a less convoluted choice for our City Council members. Marc Crawford’s goals are our goals, pure and simple, in glaring contrast to the opposition’s stance on current issues. That is why on election day, we should work together and vote for Marc Crawford.
