Leaving Trader Joe’s in Everett recently, I dropped a bag of groceries, breaking a jar of pasta sauce into the bag.
I went to customer service to get paper towels and a couple of paper bags. I received much more.
Even though I insisted it was my fault, the employee replaced by pasta sauce and followed me to the car to see the mess. He went back into the store and came out with more towels, a new shopping bag and replacement for the items that didn’t clean up easily. I went home with fresh items, a new bag and a great story. He went back to work carrying my old bag and the mess within. Everyone should be treated so well. Thank you, Trader Joe’s.
