County Council
Dana is schooled in job creation
With the election approaching it is good to see information on the candidates in The Herald. I noticed the Oct. 13 article made a point of detailing the difference in the formal education of Mr. Somers and Mr. Dana; obviously Mr. Somers has had more formal training. However, given the continued decline in employment in the county it seems it would be important to note the private sector business experience of the two, especially job creation. The article mentioned that Mr. Dana had over 20 years experience as a business owner but did not mention any private sector experience for Mr. Somers. This may be of more interest to voters.
