Regarding the cost of gas, food, essentials, housing and taxes, the pandemic did not cause inflation; the Democrats caused it.
The current administration and Congress, almost entirely Democrats voted to get the Treasury’s printing press to work overtime to give money away without any work attached to it.
People were forced out of their jobs causing factories and schools to close their doors and causing unemployment to climb. Unemployment checks were issued for essential things. The Democrats in Olympia lost $650 million to scams, then the department director was promoted to the Biden administration to hide her.
The rehiring of people to those vacated jobs is not new employment but returning employment. Employment numbers are still bleak. Have you been by manufactures, drive-ins or restaurant and see “short staff” and “we are hiring” signs?
There is too much “free money” out there. Look at what our cities, counties and states are doing with the “free money.” What will happen in the near future when this aid runs out? If Democrats are still in control, they will raise taxes as they do today.
Economics 101 taught me that injecting federal money into the monetary system will cause inflation. People think of it as “free money” and therefore an unlimited piggy bank.
We have only the current administration and Congress, almost entirely Democrats to blame. Please vote for conservatives, not the party. To grow the economy, we need to shrink all governments.
