I was amazed at the content of a Wednesday letter by a gentleman from Marysville who thought it appropriate to point out “how education — or lack thereof — so profoundly affected the outcome of the election.”
Using what many would call “big words,” this writer, through his own arrogance, accurately and acutely illustrates why Trump was elected.
Those of us Bible-carrying, gun-toting, wrong-idea-holding, living-in-the-wrong-places, basket-of-deplorable folks did, in fact, get our way this time.
I suspect the folks with the superior “holier than thou” attitudes are going to be in for a really rough time the next four years. The rest of us have had our fill of status quo.
