Concerning the March 19 Herald article, (“In Sultan, walkout was a missed class, leading to detention,”) I was impressed that Sultan High School recognized a “teachable moment” and seized the opportunity to teach the students that principled action will always be opposed by mindless bureaucrats.
It is never too soon to learn that lesson.
