As evidenced by the jersey Rep. Mike Hope chose to hang in his new state office, he and his accomplice Blair Anderson think that being called an intimidator is funny, a matter of pride even. (Jan. 13 article, “Newly-elected Rep. Mike Hope happy to take his seat.”)
Pride and humor aside, I wonder how many Herald readers asked themselves what type of intimidation Mr. Hope’s opposition believe he has perpetrated?
A responsible voter should want to get to the bottom of something like that. Get to know your representative. Ask any active Democrat in the 44th Legislative District how Mr. Hope earned his nickname, “Intimidatr.” Judge for yourself, if “It’s just for fun.”
