I bought a car from a used car dealer about six months ago. I am not only still making payments on the car, but I am still paying for repairs. After many failed attempts to contact the dealer I gave up. I decided to spread the word of how I was taken, so I put signs on my good car, including writing on the back windshield. I am sure this helped save some people from the dishonest way this car dealer operated.
Yes, I know that some of it was my fault because I chose to buy a car there, but my mechanic told me that there was no way they would not have known there was a problem when they sold me the car. Unfortunately, I saw some people picketing the same used car dealer just a few days ago about how they were ripped off. Moral of the story is do not buy a car from a used car dealer without first contacting the Better Business Bureau. Had I done this I would have found there were several other complaints against them.
