The Everett City Council is to vote on green building for new municipal buildings. So what is it going to take to get our existing schools, libraries, and any other city, county, state, federal large-roof buildings to attach solar cells to the roofs?
As for natural light, how about the tube lights, as seen in Popular Science, to help in general lighting over skylight windows that may leak. The tube lights can be used in a multi-level building.
