Don’t let fireworks leave the reservation

I have to admit I really don’t know why the tribes are allowed to sell fireworks that are not legal to sell off reservations.

The big question is why are these illegal fireworks allowed to leave the tribal land? The people who seem to love the noise should be allowed to purchase the fireworks and have a place to set them off legally, provided by the tribes. Anyone leaving the reservation with fireworks should have them confiscated and fined for transporting illegal materials.
