Just exactly how many children does Richard Matthew Clark think he needs to torture and kill before he deserves the death penalty? Roxanne Doll didn’t get any “evolving standards of decency” when he took her from her home, terrified and brutally killed her. Thankfully (and this is the only good thing to come from the tragedy) he was stopped before he could murder more children. He was a fledgling child killer that most likely would not stop, unless caught. Please don’t waste any more of our time and money on this coward, and just eliminate him now.
