Drivers, please, please, please, drive with your headlights on during our dark, wet winter months! Not so much so that you can see, but that you can be seen. I have not (yet) made a left turn in front of a car I did not see, but I’ve come close – too close. It might have been you, your life, your family.
I learned to drive years ago when headlights were only for seeing. No longer. Now I drive with my headlights on all the time – dark and daylight, rainy and sunny. If you cannot change your habits, or are worried about the cost of driving with lights on – stay home. You will be safe; I will be safe.
