Last year because of cuts in services, the mentally ill, including the criminally insane, were “put on the streets” without regulation or even medications.
And now because of this economy, actual tried and convicted criminals will be “put on the streets” without benefit of further rehabilitation or accountability.
On so many levels it truly becomes a question of “who is running the asylum?”
