Editorial board should keep quiet

Prior to each election, The Herald Editorial Board publishes a list of candidates that it endorses to fill the open positions. I believe The Herald Editorial Board should not be endorsing any candidate – just report the facts and let the voter make the choice. In fact, this is what you published in your Jan. 14 editorial, “Lawmakers should act to preserve voter choice.” The first paragraph says, “Washingtonians are an independent lot, capable of making their own good choices.” How about practicing what you preach?
