Editorial: Recap of Herald endorsements for primary races

By The Herald Editorial Board

Tuesday is the deadline to return your ballot for a primary election that will determine the two candidates for a number of city, county, school district, fire and other district races in the November general election.

A reminder: Ballots still need postage if you are putting them in the mail. But voters also can use one of several drop boxes throughout the county, including a new location in Granite Falls near the library. Mobile drop boxes offered by the county elections department also will be available from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, at the Darrington IGA store and the Sultan Red Apple market; and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, at the Everett Mall parking lot and Twin Lakes Park in Marysville.

A full list of ballot drop box location can be found online at tinyurl.com/SnoCoVoteDropBoxes.
