Well, they did it again.
Looks like no matter how hard we try, we just can’t seem to vote in a candidate with enough intelligence to come up with innovative ways of making our state or country better off than we were last year or 20 years ago.
It never fails – the easy way out is to tax the people to make up for incompetence. There have been many creative ideas to improve roads, schools and other important venues, but the profits from those that were undertaken just didn’t seem to reach their intended target. Shouldn’t we be asking why?
It’s time for a change. Our country is not going to unless we do. I have always been an in-between thinker, on the fence – whatever, as I leaned towards the Democratic side. But now I think we need more than that.
Excuse me for thinking outside the box, but it’s in my blood – I am a descendant of Clark, of Lewis and Clark. If they or others like them just accepted the way things were, where would we be?
It’s time for a new party in our government.
