No honor among thieves: Twenty-one states plan to sue Delaware, because that state, where more than 1 million businesses are incorporated, is seizing uncashed money orders as abandoned property and diverting the money to its general fund. The states claim the funds should be going to the state where the money orders originated.
Guess that explains why Delaware’s state motor pool recently ordered 500 Teslas.
