Even during Harvey, robocalls coming from Houston

The power of Hurricane Harvey and robocalls are unbelievable.

At 9 a.m. for several days before and the days since Harvey, I’ve received robocalls from Houston, Texas.

It seems they’re both unstoppable. Sad.
