I am writing regarding the school drug test program. I think it is a great idea how Lake Stevens High does random testing because so many kids use drugs and hopefully, this will prompt students to stop. Drugs ruin our brains and destroy our concentration. I believe that testing should not be limited only to students involved in activities; other students should be tested as well.
I think that drug testing should happen in most schools; not just one high school. Testing would let students realize that using drugs is not only against the law, but that it affects your performance in school.
If the Everett School District came together and tested students for drugs, there will be less drug abuse in our community.
