As a lifetime resident of this fair city, I would encourage every property owner inside and outside the city limits to attend the November meetings. As pointed out at a recent meeting, our planners are setting guidelines for areas that they assume may be annexed in the future, 20 to 30 years out.
High-tech companies have the inside track to build along the Snohomish River. Boat owners in our local waterways will have to follow guidelines that can be followed by only kayaks at best. These rules and or regulations, once instituted, will have an immense effect on everyone’s life. Let your voices be heard now.
