I live in Seattle but work in Snohomish County. I am a patient at the Everett Clinic. The Everett Clinic has perpetually impressed me with how well they communicate with the patients and with one another. They are forward thinking. They use their tools well. Patients can not only view their electronic medical records online, but can also send messages to their physicians.
The clinic is also always busy but wait times are short, the physicians listen well and the staff is welcoming. More importantly, I have had some complex medical issues which they have managed well. I have great confidence in the Everett Clinic.
I think the secret of their success is that they don’t rest on their laurels but are always looking for opportunities to improve.
It’s exciting for this clinic to be recognized on the national stage.
