Expressing our gratitude

On behalf of the East County Senior Center in Monroe, I would like to express my gratitude to general manager, Barry Mead, and the employees of Cadman Inc. for their recent gift of $2,500. Cadman’s generosity will enable us to improve our outreach efforts to seniors and their families in our community.

Our annual operating budget is about $350,000 and it costs approximately $450 per member to provide our services. Most of our revenue is raised through grants, special events, user fees and generous gifts, such as Cadman’s. We make every effort to ensure that the majority of our revenues go directly to helping our members and currently only 26 cents of every dollar is spent on administrative costs.

We serve all seniors in the East Snohomish County area. Please contact the Center at 360-794-6359 for more information about our programs and services.
