I stood in line Tuesday morning at the Everett post office for 25 minutes. There were two, sometimes only one, customer service attendees at the numerous posts during this time. This is the usual amount of people attending patrons during the year, but do you think they could have at least one more person helping people with their Christmas mailings during this busy time? As I turned while waiting in line, there were scowls on people’s faces and a few near me remarked at the ridiculousness of the continuous situation at Everett P.O. When I finally left the window, there were 23 people in line behind me. I smiled at them. No one returned a smile.
