Regarding the article, “Families of Oso slide victims plan to sue slide tour company”: Enough is enough! As an Arlington resident living in proximity of the Oso landslide, I am acutely aware of the horror and devastation wrought by this disaster. However, the exorbitantly litigious nature of the families affected and the attorneys who represent them is disgraceful. What allows them the belief that they can dictate and control one’s access to the Stillaguamish River? Bringing suit against the river guide company who took people down the river near the slide area is ridiculous. There is a distinct line between grief and greed, and it appears some people have crossed that threshold.
