The networks are rolling out their new TV shows. Here are some you won’t want to miss:
“Hole in the Wall”: A game show where — we are not making this up — contestants squeeze through holes in a moving wall. Finally, a game that size-zero Lindsay Lohan can win. Goodness knows, she’s not getting anywhere on “Jeopardy.”
“Knight Rider”: A remake of the classic 1980s series about a man and his talking car. This could be a hit, but don’t get attached. The car is already demanding more money and looking for a movie deal.
“Life on Mars”: A man travels through time back to 1973, where he gets a contact high and decides buying a Foghat record is a good idea.
“Valentine”: Greek gods run around matching people up with their soul mates. If you’re a guy and your own soul mate makes you watch this, you’ll spend the hour wishing Zeus would send a lightning bolt in your direction.
“Easy Money”: About a family’s high-interest loan business. Let’s hope it’s a nice money-lending family like the Sopranos, and not a nasty one like the MasterCards.
