Foreign nations have offered immediate aid

I am just appalled to see this cartoon “Waiting for the Foreign Aid to Arrive” in Friday’s paper. As of last night no less than 20 foreign nations including Mexico, Canada, Great Britain and many European nations, had already offered immediate aid to the hurricane victims. The Bush administration so far has declined their offers of aid. For us to complain at this point is disingenuous at best!
