Having read the Jan. 21 letter about the fine way Providence Everett Medical Center handled a somewhat desperate situation in an outstanding manner, I wish to add some accolades.
Earlier this month I had occasion to spend some time in the Providence Colby Campus hospital. I was transported there by our outstanding fire district ambulance, in which I was treated with excellent care and kindness on the way to the hospital by the very, very nice crew. Upon arrival the crew very gently took me into the emergency room where I was given immediate care by very gentle and considerate people. I was later placed in a room where I was again given the utmost TLC by all the doctors, nurses and aides.
I firmly believe that the people in the Everett area are very fortunate to be able to have access to the outstanding Providence medical facilities. They and all their personnel are the very best there is.
