Fox News allows us to compare

Glenn Beck is a commentator and pushes his opinions … big deal! Why does the left cry foul if an opinion or action is opposite theirs? I don’t recall any opinion letters complaining about Rachael Maddow and Keith Olbermann tainting the truth and reporting only on things that supported their agenda during President Bush’s term.

Incidentally, they are still doing it and Republican politicians aren’t trying to muzzle them. You can be certain that President Bush never belittled MSNBC as President Obama belittles Fox News. This is America and we are allowed to hold and state our personal opinions. Why do Democrats call conservatives racist or crazy when they criticize President Obama? Have you forgotten how the left absolutely undermined and destroyed President Bush in every way possible? How he, too, was called Hitler and how many disparaging pictures were publicized of him?

It’s fair to say that news “should be” unbiased and all sides of an issue should be reported, allowing citizens to form conclusions that aren’t manipulated. Given the fact that most politicians are power mongers and most of the media leans left, we are not likely to get the whole story any time soon.

Thank God for Fox News because we can use it to compare what’s being reported on other channels and from that comparison, ascertain some truth about what is really going on in this country.
