A short time ago, in November, I had occasion to go to the “Lakewood I” building in North Lynnwood to get a flu shot.
On my way out, my shoes stuck to the carpet, and down I went. I landed on my knee and the left side of my chest hit the chairs that were lined up. I couldn’t move or get up. There was a gentleman sitting in a chair over my back and left shoulder. I couldn’t see him or even speak for quite awhile. He put his arm around me and spoke quietly to me until the aid unit arrived. I want to thank him and also aid unit No. 11 for their compassion to a senior citizen.
